lihi Domain — Service Level Agreement (SLA)

This SLA describes the scope of lihi’s responsibility when providing domain purchase, registration, renewal, and DNS management services. By purchasing or using lihi domain services, you agree to this SLA.

1. Nature of Service: Domain Resale and Technical Management

lihi acts as a reseller or authorized channel for domain registration, completing registration, renewal, transfer, and related technical setup with international or national TLD registries and upstream registrars on your behalf. We provide management of the domain name itself—not hosting or operation of websites, applications, email, or other content you may point to that domain.

2. Responsibility for Domain Content

Important: lihi is not responsible for any content published, linked, redirected, or displayed through domains you purchase, and we do not warrant the legality, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement of such content.

As the substantive user of the domain, you are solely responsible for:

• Websites, landing pages, short-link destinations, or any online content the domain points to.
• Messages and materials shown when the domain is used in email, SMS, ads, or marketing.
• Compliance with applicable laws, industry rules, and third-party platform policies (e.g., social or ad platforms).
• Complaints, disputes, damages, or regulatory or legal actions arising from domain content.

3. Scope of lihi Service and Limitations

lihi will use reasonable efforts to keep domain registration, renewal, and DNS systems stable. You understand and agree that:

• We do not guarantee availability, traffic, conversion, or business results for any website content.
• We do not review, endorse, or warrant products, services, or information you provide under the domain.
• Interruptions caused by registries, upstream registrars, carriers, or force majeure are subject to the limits set out in this SLA and our Terms of Service.

4. Handling of Violating Content

Although lihi is not responsible for domain content, if we receive reports from authorities or rights holders—or detect through internal controls—that a domain involves illegal activity, fraud, infringement, or other violations of our Terms, lihi may suspend DNS, stop resolution, revoke registration, or take other necessary action under the Terms, without liability for resulting loss of access to content.

5. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lihi is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from content, conduct, or links on your domain by you or third parties. This SLA should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the provision that better protects lihi’s lawful interests while complying with mandatory law prevails.
